I mentioned in my previous post that I would report on the BBOE 4 Week Workout “B” circuit when I performed it, did so last night, didn’t seem as hard as “A” but still very solid.
50:12 Minutes, 122 Average heart rate, 155 Peak. Pretty good numbers.
Here’s what it looks like;
1) Dynamic Decline Bench Sit Ups BW/12 BW/12 BW/12
2a) Bulgarian Split Squats 2×15/12 2/20/12 2×25/12
2b) Dynamic Cable Face Pulls 70/12 85/12 100/12
3a) Dynamic Sumo Dead Lift 70/12 80/12 85/12
3b) Dynamic Lateral Raise 2×12/12 2×15/9 2×12/12
Cardio; 14 minutes; (inc in the 50:12 min)
DB Squat Curl Press 2×20/10 2×25/10 2×30/10 2×30/10 2×25/10 2×20/10
The cardio part of this exercise was a lot like work! And I never thought I would see where I would get whipped by a pair of 15 lb dumb bells,…did so yesterday. Darn Lateral Raises with a 3 second hold can build up some stress. You may notice that I did not complete all 12 reps of the second set and had a good go to finish all 12 of the 3rd with good form with 12’s.
Mother mentioned that my arms are getting bigger the other day,…..I liked that.

This is the 2nd time I am typing this comment – I hate computers almost as much as I hate the Bulgarian who invented the BSS.
Nice workout. The lateral raises – along with front raises – can be tough with low weights and proper form. Those along with the Face Pulls are going to do well by your Shoulders and supporting muscles for your Rotator Cuff.
Hmmmm those exercises should also help your golf game. BTW – well planned – a Golf Vacation at the start of the next Challenge.
Enjoy it – you earned it.
