Last Thursday (30th) I had my last piece of pizza for the foreseeable future. Friday morning when I stepped on the scale and looked soundly at a 210.2 reading, It was time to get back to plan.
I have been pretty good, not perfect but darned close. Had a great workout on Wednesday night, 59:23 minutes, 118 avg. 156 peak. Yesterday morning I was wiped so I slept in for a couple extra hours. Today I am still not 100% though as soon as I leave my desk I’m headed for the gym.
Since last week I have lifted 3 times and played 3 rounds of golf. This morning I was 206.4.
Plan A is taking hold, I can feel it, and I can see it.
