This is easily the busiest week of my professional life. If my company is successful we will service and launch some 150 boats this week. Try it at home…it’s a monumental task,… now do it and keep a 99% CSI… That’s the Challenge!…
If we were engaged in a beauty contest we would lose by big numbers! We are a rag-tag ugly bunch if do say so myself! And I am the ugliest and rag tag of the bunch! We don’t always dress the best…and on a hot day…a couple of us carry a little odor!
When you define service knowledge, systems, and quality of caricature though, here is where we have our competitors beat. The group of people I work with are the top 10%. Their habits, their ethics, their dedication to perfection is unequaled.
I love this time of year, it is happening, and we are on! We track the upper 10% most ignore and it’s in that 10% where we excel.
