Friday I posted my 30th day of getting out of bed by 5:30 am, Finishing PG2. The 58+ Minute routine at the gym this afternoon completes my goal of 20 – 40 minute resistance trainings. This Blog post is #18 of a goal of 18.
When it comes to posting to the forum I have been quite lax the last couple of days. Store has been going 100mph and I have re-adopted the half-day schedule, 6:30 – 6:30 that is my spring and summer life. All the same, I have not lost focus, I’m getting it done.
This is only my 3rd challenge and the lifestyle has become engrained in my days. This afternoon Mother and I are out shopping after our scheduled workouts, we are both hungry and still had a couple stops before heading home so we are talking about where and what to eat? Easy burger…, taco hell…, sandwich…?
How about a good chef salad and a diet soda from Walmart of all places? Happened to be where we were. It was beautiful afternoon so we sat in the car, watched folks come and go and enjoyed the afternoon and our salads. No elegance, not a bad decision for us.
(I know.., I know.., I’m a classy date!)
As it stands I am 11 clean eats and 3 – 40 minute+ cardio events from finishing up this challenge Platinum.
The lifestyle that the 52DC Challenges promote is becoming engrained. I my be missing from the forum for a day or two although exercise and proper diet are not missed.

Sounds like my no bun hot dog from Costco.
Trying to get it done with all the demands of family and business can be telling – So easy to just say “screw it.” The early morning workouts are my only way to make it happen. Keep up the great work.

Hadn’t thought about the hotdog, good call though, Sam’s club was our next stop too.
I try every now and then to workout in the morning but I just am not a good physical morning person I guess. I feel like I get a much better circuit in right after work. Taking out the frustration? I tend to be able to work harder at that time.
Well, picked up a new set of glasses yesterday, new script is a little stronger, I’m going to have to learn how to walk again!
Be well. Keep working yourself, you are a great help to a lot of people.
