NROL 1B….56 min, 118 Avg. 147 peak…

I like this workout, my body…he don’t like it so good!

Today I entered the gym later then normal. My work schedule is ramping up and so isn’t the tension I carry around this time of year. The body was feeling the effects of the day’s activity. 

I left the gym some hour and a half later feeling better for the time spent. I had just kicked my own ass with Fat Loss 1B. The crick in my neck that had been forming all day was gone. The tired I was feeling was a relaxing tired not a beat up or overly sore tired. 

Just right…these circuits must have been written for me.

    Nice – when the workout – works out your tension – almost better than a massage.
