Working a 7200 should be a real stretch, and not that it isn’t, but completing one plays to my workout strengths. Reasonably low weights and lots of reps.
I rarely use more then 40lbs an arm and rarely do less then 12–15 reps.
When I’m not working, running around with the family, sleeping. or in the gym I’m generally reading. So many places I have read that low weight and high reps really does not stress your body enough to grow muscle at much of a speed if at all.
I’m here to tell you that if you stick to it, it works. I am not getting massive by any means but I can tell you that by being dedicated to a total body circuit, I am growing Noticeably more muscle and at the same time shrinking fat deposits on every section of my body. Especially during this 7200 run.
Low, slow, and consistent, It works just fine.

Work the muscle – it grows – nothing extraordinary about that – from there on in – it is just the speed at which it grows and the volume of the growth. As long as you continue to raise either the weight level or the reps – you will make progress. There does reach a point that you have to increase the weight – since doing a hundred curls is just a waste of time.
Keep up the great work.

I am sort of at that level with a couple of my lifts right now.
Healthy is better then blowing out my arch so I will stick to my Cardiologists suggestion.
I keep myself challenged by doing a number of different exercises, keeps me from getting bored also.
Good call on hiring a plow for this storm.
